EpiToolkit is designed as a lightweight educational platform. This policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used.
EpiToolkit may collect basic website usage information through Google Analytics, such as page views, approximate location, device type, browser, referral source, and interactions such as scrolls or outbound clicks. This information helps us understand which calculators and learning pages are useful.
Calculator values are processed in your browser using JavaScript. The site does not currently store calculator inputs in a database or require a user account.
If you use the contact form or email link, your name, email address, topic, and message may be sent through your email client. We use this information only to respond to your message, improve the platform, or discuss collaboration when requested.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic and engagement. You can control cookies through your browser settings or use Google privacy tools to manage analytics preferences.
We do not sell personal information. Aggregated analytics may be used to guide content improvements, future calculators, educational resources, and platform planning.
EpiToolkit may later add newsletter subscriptions, premium tools, advertising, affiliate links, or user accounts. If those features are introduced, this policy should be updated before or at the time those features launch.
